A1 Acrylic Resin (Acrylic One) is a high-quality two-component casting resin made from a mineral powder and a water-based acrylic liquid. It's the perfect alternative to plaster: stronger, more durable, lightweight, and non-toxic. Whether you're sculpting, casting, or creating outdoor art, A1 delivers professional results — safely and sustainably.

    Ideal for:

    • Face molds, torso casts, and outdoor statues
    • Laminating with brush, roller, or spatula
    • Decorative interior & exterior objects
    • Architectural elements and prototypes

    Why choose A1 Acrylic Resin?

Easy to use – 2:1 mix ratio (by weight), no special tools needed
Long working time – 20 to 60 minutes depending on additives
Shrink-free & low heat – Safe for large and detailed molds
Extremely strong – Higher strength than plaster
Weather & UV resistant – With a sealer for outdoor use
    Eco-conscious – Solvent-free and low VOC
Fire-resistant – Meets official fire performance standards
Versatile – Suitable for art, design, industry & education

How do you use A1 Acrylic Resin?

Step 1: Weigh out the correct amounts of powder and liquid (2:1 ratio).
Step 2: Sprinkle the powder into the liquid and mix vigorously with a mixer or whisk without creating air bubbles.
Step 3: Pour slowly into a mold to avoid air bubbles.
Step 4: Allow the casting to harden for 1 hour before removing it from the mold.
Step 5: For outdoor use, seal with an acrylic resin sealer .

Tip: Use a high shear mixer for best results. Cold environments? Use a hardener for faster curing or a retarder to extend the processing time.
