Product description

Apoxie Sculpt

Apoxie Sculpt is a professional-grade two-part epoxy clay that combines the handling qualities of traditional modeling clay with the strength and performance of an industrial epoxy putty. Whether you're restoring, sculpting, crafting jewelry, or building models, this self-hardening epoxy resin clay gives you full control and durable results — no oven required.

Ideal for:

  • Creating sculptures, figurines, and miniatures
  • Jewelry making, cosplay, props, and set design
  • Model restoration and repairs
  • DIY crafts, home décor & prototypes
  • Industrial and technical applications

Why Choose Apoxie Sculpt?

Easy to use – Simply mix equal parts A and B
Self-hardening epoxy clay – No baking needed
Waterproof & shrink-free – Strong and durable
Excellent adhesion – Bonds to metal, wood, ceramics, plastics & more
Works like clay – Shape, carve, stamp, or texture
Finishing made easy – Sand, drill, file or paint once cured
Non-toxic & safe – ASTM D4236 certified, safe for hobby and home use
Heat resistant – Up to 160°C, ideal for detailed and technical use

How to Use Apoxie Sculpt

Step 1: Wear gloves and take equal parts of A and B
Step 2: Knead and mix until color is uniform (about 2 minutes)
Step 3: Apply to your surface and sculpt as desired
Step 4: Smooth with a little water for a clean finish
Step 5: Let cure for 24 hours before sanding or painting

Tip: Use cold water or olive oil to keep tools and hands clean.

Watch the video below to see how it works!

NOTE:The Apoxy in small packaging (113.4 grams) can often be hard and seem unworkable. The manufacturer indicates that this is not harmful and can be easily solved. This can be done by placing the Apoxy (in original packaging/jar) in the microwave for 5 seconds on the highest setting. The generated heat will soften the Apoxy again. Is the Apoxy still too hard? Then repeat the heating process each time for 5 seconds until the desired hardness has been achieved. Incidentally, this process does not affect the final quality of the epoxy.

Useful Tips

  • Microwave softening: If your Apoxie feels hard (in 113g jars), place the closed jar in the microwave for 5 seconds at max power. Repeat as needed until workable.
  • Get fine details: Dip tools in cold water for smoother sculpting.
  • Mix custom colors: Blend different Apoxie Sculpt colors for unique shades.
  • Clean easily: Use soap and water or Aves® Safety Solvent before the product cures.

Safety First

While Apoxie Sculpt is safe when used correctly, always wear gloves while mixing and a mask when sanding. Work in a ventilated space and avoid direct contact with eyes or prolonged skin exposure. See the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for full guidelines.
