Fishing bait with silicone moulds

Lures, or fishing baits, are often made from metals or flexible materials. You can cast the lures themselves in silicone, but silicone is usually used to make the mould into which you then cast other materials such as tin or plastisol/plasticrete. You can also cast lures from flexible or rigid polyurethane. This gives an end result that is easy to work.

Make a mould from Siliconen condensatie HT 60 and then cast tin or another low-melting-point metal into it. See also this guide . Please note: the guide uses a different silicone, but for metal you really do need to use the high-temperature silicone.
