Wear suitable gloves when using "lightweight kneadable epoxy". Take equal parts of A and B (both have a pasty consistency) and mix them by hand or machine for 2 minutes to create a homogeneous mass. The paste can may be colored with a small amount of pigment. The kneaded epoxy can now be applied (or processed) for 20 minutes.
Note: The surface must be grease-free before bonding or filling of materials.
Post-curing of the material (slow baking at 60ºC for a few hours) is recommended to guarantee the stability and best properties of the product. Allow the heated product to cool slowly to prevent cracking.
This product is best stored in sealed packaging in a dry place between 6-28°C. The individual components are moisture sensitive. If properly closed, it can be kept for at least 2 years.
Both the A and B components can cause skin hypersensitivity. Only use this product with proper protection: protective gloves, glasses and with adequate ventilation. Also read the safety data sheet for specific information.
