How to you use Altropol PU Casting Resin D70
Step 1 – Shake both components thoroughly to mix in any sediment
Step 2 – Weigh parts A and B in a 1:1 ratio by weight
Step 3 – (Optional) Mix filler into each component before combining
Step 4 – Combine A and B and mix vigorously for 30 seconds
Step 5 – Pour the mixture into the mold in a thin stream to avoid bubbles
Step 6 – Let cure fully before demolding
Tip: For castings over 30 mm thick: pour in layers and allow each to gel before adding the next to prevent overheating.

Storage & Shelf Life
✔ Store between 6–28°C in a dry place.
✔ Process opened packages as quickly as possible.
✔ Shelf life : 6 months when stored properly.

This polyurethane casting resin contains diisocyanates. From August 2023, EU regulations require certified training for professional use.
