 Shipping costs

Shipping within the Netherlands is €6.95 and will be charged per order, regardless of the number of products in that order. 
Orders with a total value in excess of €50 (incl. VAT) will be sent free of charge within the Netherlands. 
Orders with a total value in excess of €75 (incl. VAT) will be sent free of charge within Germany.
Orders with a total value in excess of €100 (incl. VAT) will be sent free of charge within Great Britain.

For shipping to other countries please contact us via the contact page. The shipping costs for other countries than Benelux are calculated by the program and displayed in the checkout before the final payment is about.

 Delivery

Monday till Friday:
Orders placed and paid before 16:00 (on fridays before 14:00) will be shipped the same day.  

Friday:
An order placed between Friday 14.00 pm and Monday 16.00 will be sent on Monday. 

During holidays  the delivery times may vary and the products will be shipped the next business day. 

Post NL parcels are in 99.9% of cases, delivered the next day within The Netherlands. Correspondence by post is delivered in 99.9% of cases in 1 to 2 days.

 Delivery address

You can choose during the ordering process for a billing address and a delivery address.

 Cancel order

If you wish to cancel your order, this is only possible if the order has not been processed. 

The cancellation of the order is done by phone as soon as possible via 046-410 62 60, our helpdesk will help you. 

If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We advise you to refuse the package upon delivery. once we receive the parcel, we will refund your money. In this case, the shipping costs for your account.

 Change address

Please contact us, our help desk will adjust the data for you. You can customize details yourself if you have an account with us but that only applies to orders that are subsequently placed.

 Pick up order

You can specify when during the ordering process you want to come to pick up the products ordered, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. The products are ready to be picked up.

You can also place your order on the spot, but you do need to be paid directly by cash or by wire transfer.

 How will my order

We ship with GLS. In the Netherlands, the GLS delivers all the packages themselves abroad may be that GLS parcels over to a local carrier. 
At the time your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link. By following this link you can track your order. 
In most cases, the next day the order will be presented to you. 

We pack at all times in new double carton boxes to avoid damages. If a package unexpected damage when you arrive please refuse the package at the door. Please inform us as soon as possible that you have refused the package and for what reason. 

Some products are sent by post correspondence. These are packed in boxes which fit in the mailbox average. These packages are NOT traceable. Which products act is clearly indicated on the product.

 What happens if I'm not home?

If you are not at home the next day did a delivery attempt. When you are not at home the package is 14 days for you at a GLS point in your neighborhood; you'll receive a card in your mailbox. After 14 days, the package is returned to us; To receive the package still please contact us.

 Your mission

At the time your order "Silicones and more" has been transferred to GLS you will receive an email with a link (Track & Trace) that allows you to track your order. As long as you e-mail with Track & Trace link received, your order is not yet underway and will be processed as for example the order or payment is still pending. 

At the time your order is shipped, you will receive this email with a track & trace code using this code on www.dhl.nl track your order.

 Self specify a delivery date?

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to determine the delivery time of your order. We are working hard to offer this possibility in the future.
