Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is €5.95 per order, regardless of the number of products.
Shipping to Germany is €6,95 up to 23 kg, between 23 kg and 29 kg the shipping cost is €15,95
Orders with a total value of more than €100 (incl. VAT) will be shipped free of charge within Germany.
Shipping costs for other countries outside Belgium and the Netherlands will be calculated by the program and displayed at checkout before you make the final payment. For shipping costs to other countries, not shown in the webshop, please contact us via the contact page.
We supply almost all products from stock. The current delivery time is indicated with each product. An order placed and paid before 4pm will be shipped the same day by NL mail. (Fridays before 2pm) An order placed after 4pm will be shipped the next business day.
An order placed between Friday 2pm and Monday 4pm will be shipped via Post NL on Monday.

If you wish to cancel an order, this is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
Cancel the order as soon as possible by calling +31 (0)46-303 0989, our helpdesk will assist you.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We will then advise you to refuse the package upon delivery. Once we receive the package back, we will refund your money. In this case, the cost of return shipping will be borne by you.
Please contact us, our helpdesk will update the data for you. You can edit the data yourself if you have an account with us, but this only applies to orders placed after that.
If you indicate during the ordering process that you would like to pick up the ordered products, you will first receive an email confirming your order. You will then receive another email when the order is ready for you.

We ship via Post NL. In the Netherlands, Post NL delivers all packages itself. Abroad, Post NL uses external transport companies such as Hermes, DHL, UPS, etc.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. Through this link you can track your order.
In most cases, your order will be delivered the next business day in the Netherlands. In Belgium and Germany often within 2 working days.
We always pack in new double cartons to avoid damage in transit. If a package does arrive damaged, please take it back at the door. We would like to hear from you as soon as possible that you have refused the package and for what reason.
If you are not home, another delivery attempt will be made the next day. If you are not at home, the package will wait for you for 7 days at a pick-up location near you; you will receive a card in your mailbox. After 7 days, the package will be returned to us; if you still want to receive the package, please contact us.
Naturally, we would like to deliver your order to the correct address as quickly as possible. Therefore, please make sure that your address details are entered completely and correctly. If we are unable to deliver the package to the address provided or the package is not picked up at the drop-off point, it will automatically be returned to us. Unfortunately we will have to charge you for the shipping costs incurred.
As soon as your order has been transferred from "Silicones and more" to Post NL, you will receive an email with a link (Track & Trace), with which you can track your order. So as long as you have not received an email with Track & Trace link, your order is not yet on its way and is still being processed, for example because the order or payment has not yet been completed.
