Silicone and Polyurethane Molds for the Precast Concrete Industry
In the precast concrete industry, silicone molds are widely used to create recesses, textures, and complete shapes such as walls, stairs, and railings. Their high tensile strength and fine detail reproduction make them ideal for demanding and custom designs.
For applications like decorative stone walls, concrete walls with brick-like texture, spiral stairs with relief, and ornamental railings, we recommend using dry silicone. This ensures no oil or grease residues are left behind. For heavy castings, a high compression value and higher shore hardness are crucial to prevent mold deformation.
We also offer a wide range of polyurethane rubbers. These two-component rubbers are flexible, stretchable, and suitable for detailed shapes. More durable and wear-resistant than silicone, they are ideal for heavy-duty applications such as WetCast concrete products.
